This Privacy Policy describes how CEBA processes the personal data of people using the forms available on this website.

2. What data we collect and why
Through our forms (including the request-a-quote and contact forms) we collect data such as full name, email address, phone number and - for business inquiries - company name and location. We process this data to respond to your inquiry, prepare an offer and handle any resulting cooperation.
3. Legal basis for processing
We process this data on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (taking steps prior to entering into a contract, at the request of the data subject) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in handling correspondence and inquiries).
4. Data recipients
Data may be shared with providers that support our operations, in particular hosting, email and IT service providers, solely to the extent necessary for them to provide their services to us. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
5. Data retention period
We retain data for as long as necessary to respond to the inquiry and handle any resulting cooperation, and afterwards for the period required by applicable law (e.g. tax and accounting regulations) or until any potential claims become time-barred.
