Safety, visible at every stage
We make products for babies and children with their everyday, close contact with the skin in mind.
Requirements relating to raw materials, workmanship and production consistency are therefore built into every stage, from material qualification and design preparation to inspection of the finished product.
Safety begins with the careful selection of materials and remains an integral part of the entire production process.
Materials tested with the youngest in mind
CEBA products are covered by an OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certificate in Product Class I, which applies to articles for babies. The certificate confirms that the products listed within its scope met the standard’s requirements in force at the time of assessment.
The certificate covers, among other products, high chair inserts, mats, soft and hard changing pads, and multifunctional pillows made with the materials, prints, fillings and accessories specified in the certificate. The full scope is set out in the certificate document.

Responsible manufacturing starts with people
As a manufacturer of baby products, we care not only about the quality and safety of what we make, but also about the conditions in which our products are made. CEBA is a Sedex member. Sedex is a platform that helps businesses manage responsible practices and improve supply chain transparency.
On 18 July 2025, CEBA’s facility in Oleśnica, Poland, underwent a SMETA v7 social audit conducted by Intertek Poland. The audit covered labour standards and health and safety. It examines practices and conditions at a specific site, helping businesses identify areas that need attention and plan further action.
Sedex membership and the SMETA audit form part of our ongoing work to conduct business responsibly. They help us review working conditions in a structured way and continue developing our practices.
Production processes covered by BRCGS certification
CEBA’s facility in Oleśnica holds certification to the BRCGS Global Standard for Consumer Products Issue 4 in the Personal Care and Household category. The standard addresses the management of quality and safety for consumer products within the certified scope.
For CEBA, the certificate covers the production of changing pads with a soft filling made of polyester (PES) nonwoven fabric or polyurethane (PU) foam. It also covers the associated processes of film printing, cutting, welding, filling and packing the finished products in plastic bags. The certification applies to the specific products and processes at the Oleśnica facility listed in the certificate.
Certificate no. C635825 was awarded at Foundation level and is valid until 15 April 2027.
